TEKsystems is actively seeking a Provider Credentialing Specialist to support a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in healthcare credentialing, privileging, and regulatory compliance. The Provider Credentialing and Privileging Analyst will play a key role in designing and developing standardized privilege forms for healthcare providers. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, credentialing processes, and form development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective collaborator.
* Lead the transition to CredentialStream credentialing software, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across facilities. * Design, develop, and implement standardized privilege forms in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements. * Analyze current credentialing and privileging processes and recommend improvements. * Perform data cleanup in the existing ECHO system as needed. * Support data migration, process optimization, and workflow enhancements during the CredentialStream rollout. * Assist in standardizing credentialing and privileging policies and procedures across multiple facilities. * Review and update policies to ensure compliance with TJC, NCQA, CMS, and state board standards. * Collaborate with administrative, clinical, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure form usability. * Maintain and update privilege forms to reflect changes in regulations and internal policies. * Conduct testing and validation of forms and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices in provider credentialing. * Provide training and support to staff on new and updated privilege forms. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Experience with CredentialStream and/or ECHO systems preferred. * Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing and privileging standards. * Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as TJC, NCQA, CMS, and state licensing boards. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
