Position Purpose

*Lead Campbell's in-house content studio to deliver high-velocity, multi-format content across paid social and owned channels

*Scale internal content production capabilities while integrating emerging tools like GenAI to drive speed and creative experimentation

*Enable cross-functional storytelling and message consistency across consumer touchpoints

*Serve as the operational and creative lead for content development across enterprise brands and initiatives

*Own creative strategy and campaign concepting across enterprise

Individual Accountabilities

*Stand up and lead an agile, enterprise-level content studio supporting organic social, paid social, PR, and earned/owned channels

*Deliver scalable content across formats including static, video, copy, and editorial

*Integrate GenAI tools into workflows to enhance creativity, productivity, and rapid iteration

*Define and evolve studio workflows, tooling, and resource allocation models to maximize efficiency

*Lead reactive content capabilities and content versioning across platforms

*Build and manage content systems: toolkits, templates, asset libraries, and modular creative frameworks

*Champion platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging spaces

Cooperation Requirements

*Collaborate across Media andCampaignsto intake briefs and prioritize output

*Partner with Insights and Analytics and Innovation to translate content performance into strategic pivots

*Coordinate closely with Category teams on brand alignment and system consistency

*Partner with Analytics and Insights to track and report content performance across platforms, incorporating feedback loops into creative evolution

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$235,500-$338,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
