Senior Project Manager - DEX

Summary:

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping content that enhances employee engagement, aligns with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) brand standards, and leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline content creation. You will focus on creating an AI-assisted, collaborative process to deliver timely, impactful content while maintaining consistency in the DEX voice, tone, and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that integrate brand voice, digital engagement, and employee experience goals.
  • Partner with Product Experience Leads and Corporate Communications to build content plans with clear messaging, calls to action, target audiences, distribution lists, delivery channels, schedules, and engagement metrics.
  • Design and manage a collaborative, AI-assisted content creation and review process to streamline workflows and ensure quality.
  • Establish and refine team voice, tone and style guides.
  • Train AI tools in DEX's voice, tone, style, and brand standards to ensure content aligns with the DEX brand.
  • Work closely with Product Experience Leads and leverage AI to draft, edit, and review content.
  • Oversee brand governance by maintaining and updating the content style guide and best practices for voice, tone, and branding.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all content, including employee communications, digital touchpoints, and engagement materials.
  • Facilitate a streamlined review process with leadership, Corporate Communications, and the DEX Director, incorporating input from senior stakeholders like the AVP as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce, review, and finalize high-quality content that meets organizational standards and timing requirements.
  • Define and track engagement metrics at both the project and brand level to evaluate content impact and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop analytics reports to communicate content performance insights and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Manage the DEX inbox, triaging and responding to messages promptly to foster a responsive and engaged content environmen
  • Co-manage relationships with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment on content priorities, messaging strategies, and timing.
  • Act as a liaison between the DEX team and Corporate Communications, ensuring content reflects brand standards and meets employee engagement goals.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Human-Centered Design, or similar is desired.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong understanding of DEX practices and methodologies required.
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams required.
  • Strong planning and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content creation with ChatGPT or similar required.
  • Experience with voice, tone, style, and brand standards required.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to distill insights into compelling executive-ready materials preferred.
  • Ability to influence and mentor peers in fast-paced, matrixed environments preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence, critical thinking, business acumen and the ability to balance creativity and execution.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
