Description We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert with experience in both US and international payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing current payroll processes, documenting procedures, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and working with the team on continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will coach and mentor the team on end-to-end payroll processes and assist with Business As Usual (BAU) activities as needed. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze current payroll processes to identify areas for improvement. Document payroll processes and create detailed SOPs. Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and mentor team members on end-to-end payroll processes. Assist with BAU activities, including payroll processing, tax calculations, time management, and General Ledger (GL) processing. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of working with payroll software and systems.. Experience reviewing and documenting processes and create SOPs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide coaching and mentorship. Flexibility to jump in and assist with BAU activities as needed. Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
