Position Summary:

The Strategy Planning Advisor will play a key role in driving business performance by leading strategic planning efforts, conducting data analysis, managing project tracking, and supporting vendor relationships. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate strategic value across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and analysis of business plans to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities; Excel proficiency required.
  • Own and manage all DRIVE and Planview project submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of savings across all project phases.
  • Serve as liaison with the Planview team, clearly articulating business strategy, value propositions, and project objectives.
  • Oversee vendor engagement, relationship management, and disbursement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align projects with broader organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen and experience in finance or strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Planview or similar project tracking platforms is preferred.

Essential Functions

  • Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.
  • Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.
  • Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.

Strong communications and human relations skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
