Position Summary: The Strategy Planning Advisor will play a key role in driving business performance by leading strategic planning efforts, conducting data analysis, managing project tracking, and supporting vendor relationships. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate strategic value across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
