We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our Northeast Enterprise Sales team in Boston, MA reporting to the director of Sales Operations - AMS. In this pivotal role, you will driver operational efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and support cross functional collaboration between internal teams, existing customers and prospects. Collaborating with leaders, sales reps, operations, marketing and legal teams in your assigned region, you will serve as a key resource for account teams including account mapping support, collateral creation, driving prospecting results, and working with our internal tools to enhance productivity. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Support field sales teams by coordinating legal requests, managing opportunities, and assisting with post-sales engagement to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity tracking in Salesforce.com, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, channel, and business development teams to streamline processes and enhance sales productivity.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and support pre- and post-call activities.
  • Prepare sales materials such as battlecards, agendas, and business value assessments (BVAs) in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Respond promptly to customer documentation requests and facilitate internal connections to support the sales cycle; serve as the point person for account executive as needed
  • Create and customize sales collateral, including presentations and proposals, to support field sales efforts and customer engagement.
  • Manage content in Highspot, ensuring sales materials are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized.
  • Conduct market and competitive research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, and internal dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Support account planning by researching key stakeholders and initiatives, contributing to strategic sales initiatives


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience; 2+ years in sales roles like BDR, renewals or customer development ideal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams, customers and partners professionally
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple high- priority tasks at once
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Clari and Highspot is nice to have
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, and Google Notebook LLM
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodologies and account planning frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Keen interest in field sales, account management and customer - facing work as a career path
