What You've Accomplished

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 6 years of related experience

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an OpEx Leader in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for assisting management in the development of a vision to systematically improve business operations on an on-going basis. Your work will include:

• Responsibility for developing a continuous improvement culture using Lead tools in a pragmatic manner to implement timely, value-added change within the business
• Provide leadership in driving culture changes needed to build support and participation in operational improvement initiatives
• Drive to increase visibility of operational waste and ineffectiveness with an objective of chartering and implementing actions to address these issues

  • Quality & Continuous Improvement (A3 Problem Solving, Manager in Field, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management)
  • FMEA Facilitation
  • Workshop Mode (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping, etc.)

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $83,000 - $113,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
