Project Manager - Transmission & Substation Projects

• Lead multiple small to mid-size high-voltage transmission, substation, and communication equipment projects.
• Oversee all phases: engineering, permitting, construction, and capitalization.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure accurate cost forecasting, project controls, and reporting.
• Develop and implement project policies, procedures, and execution plans.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the Program Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering, construction/project management, or related field; 7+ years' experience.
• Experience in construction phase project execution.
• Knowledge of substations, telecom networks, or transmission lines.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, cost/risk/change management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
