Territory Manager, Dealer Sales Pittsburgh and West Virginia

Global Furniture Group, a leader in the office furniture industry has an immediate career opportunity. This candidate will increase awareness and interest among dealers, designers and end-users of Global's brand, products and capabilities in our Pittsburgh and West Virginia locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Identify/select dealer targets willing and capable of growing Global sales.
• Identify/involve Global in projects that fit Global's products services and capabilities.
• Ensure appropriate market coverage by assessing existing dealers' capacity to grow and identifying new dealer candidates.
• Develop relationships with design firms, commercial real estate brokers and other project influencers.

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Compelling presenter.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with external and internal clients.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Global, an individual may be hired at the high end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. This position is also eligible for performance-based commissions based on sales volume in assigned region.
