Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator in Dayton, OH!


This is a great opportunity to start or grow your manufacturing career with hands-on training and advancement potential.

Schedules and Compensation:

1st Shift | 7 am - 3:30 pm | MOnday-Friday | $16/hr

2nd Shift | 3 pm - 11:30 pm | Monday-Friday | $17.60/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Learn industrial math, blueprint reading, and machining concepts
  • Operate lathes, milling machines, saws, and drills under supervision
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products
  • Perform basic deburring and follow detailed work instructions
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient machine operation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
  • Interest in becoming a machinist
  • Commitment to safety and quality
