What is the opportunity?

To thrive within a fast paced, quick thinking organization and contribute to lowering risk by designing tools to automate or eliminate risk or redundant processes paving the way to new opportunities as the business continues to grow.

What will you do?

  • In partnership with the Operations team, the Initiative Manager would review manual processes and identify areas where a macro, database or SQL logic could scale productivity and decrease risk. With volumes increasing across all groups, building internal EUDAs allows teams to maintain current staff even with increasing volumes.
  • Interprets business data analysis results using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
  • Collects, identifies and analyzes business data to review and evaluate the organization's business performance.
  • Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions based on business analysis outcomes to improve the organization's business effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Works directly with clients, projects and business leaders to identify the analytical needs and requirements of the business
  • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Proven experience in leading initiative deployment or transformation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholder groups across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive execution
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance and drive insights

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
