Accounts Receivable Accountant

Pay: $23.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and actively follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to ensure timely collections
• Generate, track, and manage invoices using systems like SAP, Ariba, OpenInvoice, or similar platforms
• Investigate billing issues and discrepancies, and apply effective collection strategies
• Monitor repayment progress and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Provide updates and reports to the Corporate Controller and CFO
• Issue monthly statements and process credit card payments
• Support additional accounting or finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance OR 5-7 years of hands-on AR experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience in oilfield services (rentals, inventory sales, or fixed assets) is a plus
