Job Description This position reports to the Manager of People & Culture, the People and Culture Specialist will be integral to the team and will be responsible for conducting employee outreach, initiating employee retention initiatives, addressing all HR inquiries from employees, answering all incoming calls for the People and Culture team, and providing customer service support.
