Operations Lead

Your role will involve close interaction with senior DoD leaders and stakeholders across the S&T community. You will have the opportunity to contribute to decision-making processes impacting the Department's most critical modernization efforts. As an Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Provide operational leadership for all aspects of a Critical Technology Area (CTA) office's day-to-day operations, working in step with the Government leadership to ensure successful mission execution across a team of analysts, assistants, and subject matter experts.
• Assist with and prepare presentations, reports, and other business products.
• Maintain visibility on tasking across the team and provide regular status updates to the Government leadership including contributing to weekly, monthly, quarterly activity reports.
• Implement quality management processes as defined by the Government leadership.
• Support knowledge management activities for the team including SharePoint information and document repositories.

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility within the last 24 months.
• S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
• Master's Degree in a relevant STEM discipline and at least 10 years of applicable experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in leadership positions
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with industry standard management techniques such as PMP or Agile is highly desired.
