About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting our Business Intelligence function. We run tools that support nearly 10,000 users. In this role, you will work to build and extend our systems, be it by expanding the use case of the applications, doing training sessions or simply answering support queries about them. Key Responsibilities: Support the BI team in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical models that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and other data manipulation tools, Collaborate with end users to understand their reporting and analytical needs and deliver scalable solutions. Design and implement data quality monitoring and pipeline hygiene processes Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and data models Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the sales operations Workflow. Assist in building predictive models to enhance sales forecasting accuracy Support ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization Required Skills and Experience Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and working with large datasets Experience with Salesforce Experience with Python for data analysis and automation (transform text, build APIs) Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with sales operations in a B2B environment. Experience with data modeling and database design principles. Prior experience in sales, revenue or marketing revenue operations role. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. On target earnings for this position is expected to be $121,000 - $135,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and this position is also eligible for commissions based on the terms of the Sales Compensation Plan |
