What You'll Do

As a Project Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our project teams. Your mission? Keep revenue and expenses aligned, ensure billing is prompt and accurate, and help us maintain strong, healthy customer accounts.

  • Prepare and distribute all project invoices - accuracy and timeliness matter.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and coordinate payment collection.
  • Review and process change orders, lien waivers, certified payroll, and more.
  • Investigate margin variances and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address billing or project-related inquiries.

You'll also be part of a tight-knit, collaborative accounting department where helping one another and pitching in beyond your main responsibilities is part of our culture.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial documents.
  • Strong communication skills - you're comfortable speaking with both team members and clients.
  • A proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
