The Job As a member of SCAN Health Plan's Creative Team, the Creative Operations Manager will lead day-to-day project management, intake, and operations for SCAN's in-house creative function. This role serves as the central bridge between cross-functional partners and creatives-ensuring high-quality creative work is delivered efficiently on time, and in alignment with organizational goals. With a focus on workflow optimization, resource planning, and relationship-building, the role helps SCAN's creative team function as a strategic, high-impact partner across the enterprise-while championing the role of design in solving business problems and building a culture of creativity. You Will Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and the Creative team-managing project intake, assessing alignment with team scope and strategy, and setting clear expectations. Scope, prioritize, and schedule creative requests to ensure on-time delivery across all marketing channels. Own, optimize, and maintain the creative team's centralized project tracking system, ensuring it supports transparency, planning, and efficient delivery-while also unlocking insightful analytics around resource utilization, team bandwidth, production volume, and project flow. Lead weekly status meetings and provide regular reporting on team workload, timelines, and blockers. Lead resource allocation and capacity management for the creative team-assessing project urgency, balancing workloads, and driving prioritization decisions in close partnership with creative leadership-while ensuring team members are supported to deliver high-quality work. Identify and solve workflow inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes and tools. Coordinate with vendors and freelance resources as needed, including onboarding and project support. Support content routing and approvals by managing review cycles and deadlines. Foster strong relationships with internal partners, advocating for both stakeholder needs and creative excellence. Contribute to the long-term evolution of the Creative team's operations, tools, ways of working, and strategic focus-proactively identifying future needs, gaps, and opportunities.
