Our client is searching for an IT Infrastructure Ops Lead for a full-time position near Memphis, TN. Description This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of data centers and network operation center. This role will include infrastructure engineering duties and will grow in responsibilities. Ultimately, the position will manage a team of technicians, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the infrastructure and implementing best practices for data center and IT /OT network operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skills, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing data center and network environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, virtualization, server, and storage systems. Experience with data center and network operations center management tools and software. Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud technologies in an enterprise environment. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations (e.g., Uptime Institute, ITIL). Preferred experience in manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr. The company will provide a benefits package. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
