JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a full-time, licensed, approved clinical supervisor primarily for supervisees in the role of school-based therapists and/or school-based behavioral health liaison therapists. Will consider part-time. Supervision will be conducted primarily via telehealth, although in-person supervision may be necessary at times. While this position is posted for the Tullahoma area, supervisees may provide services in schools throughout middle Tennessee. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision through individual and group formats. The Clinical Supervisor will be available during business hours to answer client-related questions and provide clinical guidance as applicable. The Clinical Supervisor oversees treatment plans and provides clinical oversight to master's level clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor may also need to conduct treatment team meetings and/or be available for additional staff meetings as applicable per program. The Clinical Supervisor will seek training to stay familiar with evidenced-based practices and promote a high quality of clinical care including the use of assessments, evidenced-based interventions, and professional standards. The Clinical Supervisor may need to provide coverage for other clinical supervisors and communicate with their peers. The Clinical Supervisor may carry a small caseload of clients depending on service area and credentialing. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree required. Years of Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a community mental health setting.
