The HR Analyst is responsible for providing full employee life cycle, day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including onboarding, benefits administration, recognition program management, record maintenance for our service awards program, and HR reporting and analytics. The HR Analyst serves as an integral part of the HR team promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth and development. What You'll Do

As an HR Analyst, you'll be a key contributor to our HR operations, supporting the full employee life cycle. You'll ensure accurate HR data, compliance with regulations, and smooth employee onboarding/offboarding-all while helping to build an engaging and high-performing workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding using Viewpoint Vista (HCM)
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and auditing data regularly
  • Supporting compliance efforts and ensuring adherence to employment laws
  • Generating reports and insights from HR systems to support decision-making
  • Recommending and documenting HR process improvements and system enhancements
  • Supporting employee recognition and service award programs
  • Assisting with general HR projects and team initiatives


What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and tech-savvy-ready to own processes, improve systems, and drive accuracy across HR operations.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista (HCM) or a similar HRIS
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience auditing data and creating HR reports
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Knowledge of compliance and document retention standards
  • Familiarity with union/non-union environments, particularly in construction or field-based settings
