Implement JLL's Reliability & Asset Management solution on new, expanded, and/or renewed client accounts. Success will be measured by IFM platform, account team, and client satisfaction based on meeting the objectives of the JLL foundational expectations and MSA requirements.
This position is required to balance scope, time, cost, and quality, while maintaining high standards for successful implementation and support of our Reliability & Asset Management solution.
In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team-based. This position participates with the other JLL business unit function leads, JLL account teams, and third-party firms.

Responsibilities -

  • As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be creating assets in Corrigo and assigning PMs to those assets. This entails ensuring the accuracy and completeness of asset data, utilizing the Corrigo platform for asset creation, and effectively assigning preventive maintenance tasks to the appropriate assets.
  • Additionally, you will be accountable for conducting Asset Data Quality Assessments to maintain the integrity of asset information. In this role you will also need to comfortable conducting live trainings on Corrigo functions related to Engineering.
  • To excel in this role, prior experience in asset management and familiarity with the Corrigo platform are essential.
  • Proficiency in communication and Excel skills is mandatory, including expertise in PIVOT Tables, VLOOKUPs, Match Index, and other relevant functions.
  • You should possess a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Working independently while actively collaborating with various teams throughout the organization is crucial.
  • Effective time management skills are essential to successfully manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.

Required Skills & Experience -

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in reliability engineering and/or asset/systems lifecycle engineering.
  • Knowledge of high-quality building engineering practices in a variety of environments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across a variety of media and to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills to include face-to-face, e-mail, long-form documentation, WebEx and similar presentations, and group presentations to account teams (building engineers to account directors).
  • Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results.
  • Solid program management and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down the organization.
  • Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects

Desired:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
  • Direct experience in general office, manufacturing, life sciences, and critical environments.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

95,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
