Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Solutions Consultant to support the pre- and post-sales lifecycle for Pinnacle 21 Enterprise's core and advanced offerings. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, commercial teams, and product management to define, position, and implement solutions that support efficient, high-quality clinical data operations.

• Engage with prospective clients to understand technical and business requirements related to clinical data quality, standardization, and governance.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop solution packaging and positioning across our Foundational Enterprise platform, Metadata Repository, and Data Exchange modules.
• Translate client challenges into actionable product recommendations and custom solution proposals.
• Support post-sale implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Commercial and Product teams to capture market feedback and contribute to product roadmap planning.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC SDTM, ADaM), regulatory expectations, and evolving data workflows across sponsor and CRO organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, data science, informatics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to both sponsor and vendor-side roles.
• Deep understanding of the clinical data pipeline, including data collection, transformation, validation, and submission.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex software solutions in a consultative role.
• Familiarity with regulatory data standards and validation frameworks (e.g., CDISC, Pinnacle 21, regulatory authority validation requirements).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with metadata repositories or clinical data platforms.
• Prior involvement in software product launches or enterprise SaaS implementation.
