The Talent Management Specialist is key in designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational performance. This role supports strategic initiatives such as leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and learning programs. The Specialist partners with Human Resources, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are well-aligned with company goals, consistently delivered, and impactful across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Development & Learning



  • Partner in the design and facilitation of leadership development and professional growth programs.
  • Support learning experiences from conception to delivery, including curriculum design, logistics, materials, communication, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors as needed.
  • Track and analyze program outcomes and engagement to drive improvements.



Performance Management



  • Support the annual and mid-year performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Help create resources, communications, and training for leaders and employees to enhance performance conversations and development planning.
  • Monitor progress and completion, assist with reporting and insights.



Engaging New Hires and Providing a Welcoming Experience



  • Assist in planning and executing initiatives that support newly hired employees' engagement, connection, and retention.
  • Contribute to a program that strengthens culture and builds community across teams.



Program Support



  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain program documentation, resources, and digital tools (e.g., intranet, learning portals, templates).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data from talent programs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support the creation of presentations and summaries for HR and business leaders.



Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related HR function.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering leadership development, performance management, or employee engagement programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom/virtual facilitation platforms, and familiarity with HRIS or learning systems (e.g., Dayforce, LinkedIn Learning, LMS).
