We are seeking a seasoned Executive Protection Manager to lead a high-performing protective detail embedded with a high-profile client. This individual will oversee daily operations, manage a team of EP agents, and provide hands-on protection during travel, events, and routine movements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day EP operations and team schedules.
• Conduct close protection, advances, and site assessments.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Ensure team adherence to protocols and client expectations.
• Develop and refine protection strategies and SOPs. Provide situational assessments and oversee incident response.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of EP or related experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.
• Proven travel EP experience (domestic and international).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Clean driving record; defensive driving certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Comfortable working extended hours, including nights and weekends.

** Preferred: Prior experience supporting UHNW or executive clients. Experience in an embedded EP environment. Bachelor's degree and/or military/law enforcement background.
