Job Details PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: International Oncology Network Solutions Inc. - Develop and execute data analytics, SQL, and ETL testing while incorporating Agile methodologies to track and manage tasks daily within a DevOps framework. Create synthetic and test data for UI functionality validation, analyze large-scale datasets for data quality issues, and enhance data quality standards. Prepare test cases and plans to ensure high data quality, maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM), and generate test execution reports. Build tools for data profiling and quality dashboards to monitor critical datasets, while collaborating with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to identify and address issues. Oversee data management across SQL and data warehouse databases, collecting quality data and KPIs for test reports and metrics. Document and execute tests based on BRD/FRD and business context, conduct risk analyses for application builds, and offer solutions to meet quality requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems with a focus on product-based KPIs and Power BI dashboard performance, utilizing Agile and Kanban methodologies and various testing techniques, such as negative tests and systematic approaches, to isolate changes for testing. #LI-DNI EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field. Requires 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Test Lead, Software Developer, Business Analyst, or related role performing data management, testing methodologies, and analytical problem-solving. Experience must include utilizing both manual and automated testing frameworks to implement comprehensive software testing methodologies with a focus on Agile practices to develop detailed test plans and execute test cases that ensure adherence to quality standards, SQL, complex queries written to validate data integrity and perform thorough backend validations; developing, running, and monitoring ETL pipelines to load and test data at the data warehouse level for incremental changes; creating test cases and test scripts for validating front-end reports according to product requirements; ensuring functionality for software portals meets user expectations and business needs; using DevOps practices to enhance bug tracking and issue management throughout their lifecycle to prioritize and resolve problems; interpreting and identifying trends and troubleshooting issues systematically; leveraging C#, Visual Basic and Java to enhance test efficiency and coverage; using Selenium and UFT/QTP/Coded UI for automation script development to ensure high-quality software delivery through continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
