Would love to see how your contributions can enhance our communities. What You'll Do:
- Work as a member of a SUE crew assisting in the performance of subsurface utility engineering (SUE) location utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technologies.
- Assist SUE Field Supervisor and other crew members with all aspects of the daily crew workload.
- Operator SUE instrumentation and equipment such as global positioning systems (GPS), data collectors, EM locators, ground penetrating radar, and vacuum excavation equipment.
- Assist in the performance of SUE surveys to ascertain the locations of man-made structures of the Earth's surface, underground and underwater.
What We're Looking For:
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Subsurface Utility Engineering.
- Dependable and physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites in all weather conditions.
- Basic use of arithmetic and mathematics to perform calculations.
- Basic computer skills
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Fluent and comprehensive understanding of the English language including reading, writing, and speaking required.
