We're hiring a Quality Inspector to manage customer orders, inspect incoming and finished products, and support quality assurance efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am Key Responsibilities: Enter customer order information into the computer system accurately Receive, inspect, and rack customer products for processing Conduct visual and equipment-based inspections of coated tools Assist with packing and shipping customer parts Use XRF equipment to measure coating thickness Participate in continuous improvement and monthly quality council Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support various departments through cross-training and teamwork Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Familiarity with Microsoft Office; able to order supplies online Strong attention to detail and communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work overtime Able to lift up to 30lbs Experience with industrial cutting tools is a plus, but not required Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).
