About This Role
This position is a member of the Student Services unit within the Office of the Registrar and utilizes a teamwork approach as a lead the transcript operations and records management to ensure that the office is providing quality service while adhering to University policies and procedures. Comprehensive management of the Parchment on-line transcript ordering system; creation of university-wide distribution of graduation/commencement; correct history of audited records; coordination of daily tasks of the area; and serving as primary liaison between the office and student community. Assists the Student Programs Coordinator, Manager, and Assistant Registrar in planning and monitoring improvements to the area. About Us As the official purveyor of student academic information, the integrity of all student records is maintained by the Office of the Registrar from the time of matriculation to beyond graduation as enrollment continues as part of the lifelong learning process. Worksite Option This position is hybrid. This role is expected to be performed on-site three days a week. An employee who is working remotely must reside within the United States in order to comply with all federal and state laws, filings, or tax requirements.
