Job Description:
- The Manufacturing Coordinator supports Manufacturing Operations Function by coordinating activities for production and materials.
- Assists management with coordinating activities for production and materials by gathering all data to calculate accurate cost estimates from internal and external sources.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains the databases, reports and records that are necessary to manufacturing operations activities, by providing detailed cost estimates along with supporting rationale.
- Provides general coordination support to the manufacturing floor such as processing material requisitions, sub-assembly paperwork closure and material relocation.
- Provides excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries and routine problem solving.
- Communicates effectively through phone, e-mail, and correspondence, while maintaining a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
- The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectation.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations relating to estimating and/or manufacturing production assisting.
