Description The Training & Development Team Leader designs and implements programs to enhance employee growth, client relationships, and service standards. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to manage initiatives like Salesforce, deposit projects, and divisional training. The ideal candidate is skilled in facilitation, passionate about development, and aligns training with the Bank's Core Values and goals. PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE The trainer will create and facilitate role specific content that focuses on building client relationships and utilizing the vital sales tools to customize the overall client experience. Prioritizes opportunities to enhance employee's knowledge to positively impact our clients. Additionally, collaborates in developing client educational experiences. FOSTER OUR CULTURE Leads a positive, fun, and engaging training environment that fosters innovative learning and ensures every employee feels welcomed and valued. Introduces and demonstrates our Vision, Mission and WOW Promise Service Standards. Seeks volunteer opportunities in community events to support community bank efforts. PROMOTE DIGITAL AWARENESS Seeks enhanced virtual training solutions that provide cost savings for long term growth. Demonstrates forward thinking by introducing, enhancing, and supporting the culture, technology, and dependability of the SMART Centers. Provides leadership in communicating technology enhancements and fixes for software upgrades. Responsible for updating and communicating training opportunities for all employees. FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL Keeps the integrity of intranet training resources by updating procedures as vital. Enhances the mentor/employee relationship through continued development and measurable recognition. Supervises employee progress and is accountable to provide additional learning moments. Supports frontline questions as well. SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES To help enhance training skills and industry knowledge, takes advantage of various development opportunities by enrolling in industry related webinars and Bank offered courses. Looks for opportunities to improve procedures and processes and utilizes futuristic training methods to ensure enthusiastic, effective training sessions. Is cross trained to support all training department strategic goals. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE Have the skills it takes to perform this job optimally? A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted. This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
