You could be our next Supply Chain Planner; this role isresponsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, overseeing demand forecasting, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.They lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

Remote: This is a fully remote position but must live in the continental United States.

Travel: expected to be up to 25%

Compensation: You can expect an annual compensation range of $65,000 - $90,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Own planning attributes to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with S&OP, marketing, engineering and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals and update planning parameters accordingly (Manage Phase-in/out for example).
  • Supply Planning: Collaborate with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of demand (from suppliers, repaired or manufacturing or mixed)
  • Inventory Management: Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory levels for the whole business to minimize excess/obsolete stock while ensuring sufficient availability to meet customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present supply chain performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations, policies, and procurement guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 + years of Demand/Supply Planning experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel to aggregate/summarize large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or problems
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities High sense of ownership and commitment to performance excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
