Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Resource Manager for our xPO Advantage team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to support national account and contingent workforce programs, particularly those in the Business Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Program, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing space. The Resource Manager allocates support staff to provide support in specific functions based on the service offering developed for the clients supported. These services can include administrative support, recruiting coordination and acting as a liaison between vendors or support staff and the client.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  1. Consults with Program Manager for assigned client accounts to understand support needs and processes and develop strategy to deliver on SLAs.
  2. Hires, trains, develops, disciplines, and terminates support staff. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly coaching to prepare employees for development opportunities while delivering top-notch service.
  3. Identifies the needs of the programs and assesses available staff to allocate staff to functions supporting the program. Assigns job duties accordingly.
  4. Leads the team while also performing the duties and expectations of the program.
  5. Works directly with key client stakeholders to ensure success of the program in reaching client goals.
  6. Recruit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  7. Conduct Intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and determine processes in support of those needs.
  8. Coordinates recruitment activities including posting jobs, conducting screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating client specific hiring processes including onboarding.

Competencies we value for this role include ethical conduct, demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment. We also desire a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years' experience in recruiting operations and staffing industry experience preferred.
