Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $104,000.00 - $130,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

Responsible for executing a comprehensive event strategy for all flagship events and executive programs that align with OneStream's overall goals. Helps oversee all aspects of event planning from stakeholder management, marketing strategy and ensuring a high-impact event that aligns with OneStream's brand.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage executive programming strategy and execution across OneStream Flagship events including Executive Summits, Executive Meeting Centers, and more.
  • Own executive care across OneStream flagship events ensuring that leadership teams are making the biggest impact while onsite and are well prepared.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of OneStream Flagship events ensuring that each event reflects our strategic goals and brand identity.
  • Manage designated workstreams, reporting into overall planning team on progress and deliverables.
  • Leverages corporate campaigns in tandem with event marketing programs to drive full-funnel demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct detailed post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine and elevate our event strategies.
  • Foster strongcross-functional collaboration and alignment with stakeholders, and agency partners.
  • Identify and implement best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in event marketingto improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and collaboration, ensuring every aspect of the event experience is thoughtfully crafted to be memorable, distinctive, and impactful.


Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in working in event planning, preferably in the B2B space as well as an understanding of Executive programs and best practices.
  • Familiarity with identifying and implementing best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in event marketing and incorporate those into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, HubSpot, Seismic, Salesforce, event platforms strongly desired.

  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, keen attention to detail, and thinking steps ahead in the process.
  • Excels within constraints and solving problem, unfazed by boxes, expectations or existing patterns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced,highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects and cross-functional teams concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for driving and executing B2B integrated, ROI-driven marketing, demand generation, campaigns and event marketing programs.
  • Leading, creating, and presenting a long-term vision, and with a supporting strategy and execution plan to achieve it.
  • Equipped with a business focus and delivery mindset that enables engagement at the executive level.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams, and across multiple locations, geographies and time zones.
  • Experience in managing global stakeholders and vendor partnerships.
  • Energy, flexibility, and drive to create real and measurable business results.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for the role and the company's mission.
  • Attention to detail and a deep understanding of event marketing best practices,being able to solution.
