Job Overview: This pivotal role is part of Coursera's Growth Marketing team, which is responsible for Acquisition, Retention, and Merchandising. As the clear business owner for engagement and retention metrics, you will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven consumer lifecycle strategy aimed at driving rapid growth. You will closely collaborate with Product and Content teams to design targeted, measurable initiatives that enhance learner engagement, drive retention, and optimize our overall marketing mix. Your efforts will ensure that every digital touchpoint contributes to an exceptional, consistent, and personalized learner experience that delivers on our ambitious growth objectives. Salary is just one component of Coursera's total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU's.
