The Senior CoBrand Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for growth and revenue through emerging acquisitions channels and initiatives, which result in the incremental acquisitions of new Credit Cardmembers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing new and non-traditional acquisition channels, cross-Southwest channels, third-party, existing and new partners. This Program Manager also develops and leads implementation for emerging card acquisition strategies from inception to launch, leveraging data, technology, and analyses to capitalize on market trends to ensure Southwest remains highly competitive and reaches new Customers. The Senior CoBrand Acquisition Program Manager is detail-oriented, has strong communication and interpersonal skills and looks forward to supporting impactful initiatives that drive the future of Southwest.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and leads the development and implementation of cross-commercial acquisition strategies for OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
- Manages marketing campaign strategy and implementation, as key liaison with distribution counterparts, leveraging acquisitions offer strategy, in these channels. Grows and optimizes OTA channel performance.
- Partners with the Rapid Rewards and customer lifecycle teams, develop and implement strategies and campaigns for increased credit card take rates, and on-going acquisitions program and/or special offers for Rapid Rewards members.
- Leads new channel development working with third-party partners to develop innovative channels and capabilities for CoBrand acquisitions, pressing into new technology and digital solutions, Customer journey and campaign delivery, reporting and analysis.
- Partnering with analytics and finance teams, will regularly work in the reporting dashboards, partner-provided and other financial reports, leveraging advanced data analysis skills to reveal key findings and recommendations.
- Strong partnering with SWA internal or external marketing teams, to facilitate channel goals and strategic needs for successful (and accurate) campaign implementation, maintaining adaptability, updating forecasts and communicating with partner teams the campaign status to pivot quickly if market demand shifts
- Develops new strategies for emerging channel expansion and marketing, keeping finger on the pulse of market trends and cross-SWA opportunities, casting vision for a pipeline of innovative, competitive strategies to explore and ideate with Team to ensure long term strategic acquisitions revenue and growth.
- Partners well with internal marketing partners on campaign implementation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of credit cards, consumer financial services, banking, payments industry, as well as emerging channel development
- Knowledge of channel marketing and optimization, both traditional and non-traditional, where financial contribution is significant or channels are high visibility
- Knowledge and experience in start-up or highly entrepreneurial situation, leading through never done before initiatives
- Expert skills in digital marketing channels, including acquisitions via social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing, to attract and engage prospects.
- Expert skills in strategic thinking and product strategy, where degree of uncertainty can be high
- Expert skills in partner management and relationship-building in order to influence business decisions
- Ability to gain commitment to shared goals with peers, team, external and internal partners across a wide span of disciplines and management levels
- Expert data analysis and business cases, with demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations & Ability to communicate effectively by listening intently, questioning appropriately, and articulating clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Ability to have high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Expert level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
- Channel and customer marketing experience working directly in / for Financial Services or products
- Product Management
- Online travel agency, e-commerce
- Preferred: Experience in non-traditional marketing channels
- Preferred: Experience in product development
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $128,350 per year to $142,600 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
