THE OPPORTUNITY The Hall Family Foundation is seeking a Program Officer who brings intellectual agility, strategic acumen, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. This role requires someone who can quickly assess opportunities, anticipate challenges, and make thoughtful, data-driven decisions to maximize impact. Reporting to the President, the Program Officer will serve as a trusted community partner, developing a deep understanding of the region's philanthropic landscape and working closely with grantees, civic leaders, and fellow funders to drive meaningful change. This individual will thrive in complexity, connect ideas and people with clarity and speed, and exhibit the confidence to make tough but necessary decisions.
