Sales Enablement Consultant, Principal

Join Epicor as a Sales Enablement Consultant! The Sales Enablement Consultant, Principal is responsible from providing the sales organization with innovative information, content, expertise and tools to help the sales team sell more effectively using expert industry knowledge. Acts as a lead and a resource to the Americas Revenue team to drive Growth and Revenue Impact. Embraces ambiguity and steps outside defined responsibilities to drive growth and revenue impact. Brings a flexible, solutions-first mindset to evolving team needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and managing strategic programs or initiatives across cross-functional teams

  • Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships and opportunities and improve communication.

  • Uses knowledge in buyer behavior and Epicor's go-to-market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods.

  • Creates and delivers content, information and tools to prepare sellers to deliver con Epicor business goals including building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, how company products and services can meet customer needs and capturing opportunities within their accounts

  • Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies.

  • Continuously evaluates and deploys new and improved deployment methods

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations and Consulting to create content and track and measure operations and performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience supporting or driving strategic sales motions such as Territory planning, Cloud migration strategies, Cross-sell and upsell initiatives

  • Executive-level communication-able to translate complex ideas into concise, compelling messaging for senior audiences

  • Background in ERP or enterprise software with an understanding of full sales cycle and sales methodologies, competitive positioning and customer decision-making dynamics

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and processes (SalesForce, Monday.com, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required).

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • High business acumen, particularly around go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and customer lifecycle enablement

  • Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects.

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 3+ years of specialized ERP industry experience

  • Master's degree preferred (Bachelor's required)

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD
