Overview
Certara is a growing company that provides a dynamic and exciting place to work. Our purpose is to assist in accelerating the development of meaningful medicines that make an impact on our society and the people that need them most. Innovation and creativity are highly valued, and everyone is given the opportunity for training and continuous development. Our portfolio spans the discovery, preclinical, clinical and post-marketing phases of drug development, working with 1,200 commercial companies, 250 academic institutions, and numerous regulatory agencies. As our Senior Product Manager, you will deliver value to clients via improvements to our SaaS offerings. Specifically, you will identify problems and opportunities to direct our engineering R&D efforts at the improvements that create the most value-optimizing complex trade-offs in the process. You will sit at the intersection of business, UX design, and technology. Also, at P21, the CEO/CTO is also CPO (Chief Product Officer), so our Product Managers perform the roles he delegates and they thereby face intense visibility and accountability. We assume your discipline in self-managing both your own and P21's energies across functions. No pet projects, only things that meet clients' truest needs. Our Product Managers combine the roles of Researcher, Executive, and Communicator.
