WSECU is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Strategist to lead go-to-market strategy and integrated campaigns for key product lines. This role offers the opportunity to shape product positioning, drive growth, and collaborate cross-functionally across a well-established credit union focused on delivering value to its members. Your day may include:
- Developing and leading strategic marketing plans and integrating campaigns for high-impact product lines-including go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and engagement strategies-to drive adoption, revenue growth, and member satisfaction
- Serving as the strategic marketing lead for the most complex or high-priority products or member segments
- Partnering with product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategy with business goals and product roadmaps
- Designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and multichannel campaigns that elevate WSECU's competitive advantage
- Leading campaign planning and performance analysis in partnership with analytics teams, ensuring continuous optimization and ROI improvement
- Collaborating with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory adherence while maintaining message clarity and campaign effectiveness
- Mentoring and supporting junior marketing strategists to elevate the team's overall strategic acumen and performance
- Providing executive-level insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Conducting member, market, and competitive research to inform segmentation strategies and product marketing plans
- Leading strategic planning cycles and contribute to annual and long-term marketing roadmaps
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or other related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, including product marketing, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution
- Success in leading integrated marketing initiatives that generated measurable business growth
- Strong skills in market research, member segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Ability to mentor team members and lead strategic initiatives
- Strong project and vendor management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, writing, editing, creative direction and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to make decisions
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
Competitive pay: $83,317.97 - $124,976.95 annually, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
- The target starting pay for this position is $83,317.97 - $104,147.46 annually, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.
- The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.
Work Schedule and Location: This is a full-time hybrid position that blends working in office and from home, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Minimum 40 hours per week). Team members are expected to work onsite two (2) days per week, with the option to work from either our University Branch at 1121 NE 45th St. Seattle, WA or our Corporate Headquarters at 330 Union Ave, Olympia WA. Employees must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. Scheduling flexibility may be required to meet service needs for this exempt role. Working from home/hybrid requirements:
