Position Description

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE VA AND/OR DOD EXPERIENCE Type of Employment: Full-Time (1099 or W2, negotiable) Work Location/Travel: Expected 50% travel required; applicants must be free from travel restrictions to accommodate evolving needs of the client. Salary Range: $72,184 - $84,569 Base pay Competitive salary/pay, potential for bonus. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is highly competitive but dependent upon employment type (1099, contract, W2). High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in healthcare or technology preferred. Current or evidence of previous National Pharmacy Technician Certification (e.g., PTCB) required. Cerner pharmacy module training or certification highly preferred. Experience RequiredAt least 5 years supporting Cerner pharmacy systems, some within a VA or DoD setting. Demonstrated experience with pre-go-live activities, system go-live support, workflow documentation, and training delivery. Proven track record of working across clinical and IT teams to resolve application issues and drive process improvements.
