The ID Card Service Specialist supports our Enrollment Department and is responsible for the efficient and secure management, production, and distribution of identification cards. What Will You Be Doing:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of ID card creation, customization and issuance utilizing our print vendor(s) platforms. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all cardholder data, adhering to data protection and privacy standards.
- Manage the secure distribution and tracking of ID cards, maintaining comprehensive logs and documentation of audit process. Implement and uphold security protocols related to the issuance and management of identification cards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to vendor platforms, liaising with IT support and vendors as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on ID card policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Provide training and support to staff on the proper use of vendor platforms.
- Conduct periodic reviews of ID card process to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
What You Must Have:
- 2+ years related work experience with insurance ID cards or similar project work
- Proven experience in ID card production and management, with proficiency on multiple platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry and data management skills
- In-depth understanding of security protocols related to ID card issuance and handling
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor communications based on audience and business objectives.
- Advanced knowledge and significant experience working with Microsoft Office; specifically, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced within strict deadlines.
What Is Preferred:
- Related Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in document or identity management within an insurance industry or regulated environment
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards Experience in conducting audits and maintaining detailed documentation compliance
- Comfortable working and communicating across operational areas and working in cross-functional teams.
