Job Description: Senior Project Architect, Office Job Description: Ryan Architecture and Engineering team is looking for a stellar Senior Project Architect to lead a new 3 story office building retrofit project for a prominent financial services firm in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and design both as part of a collaborative team and independently. Candidates with at least 10-12 years of experience are most likely to be successful, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered. Ryan Companies uses a unique integrated delivery process that involves architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management and capital markets. Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice. Compensation: The base pay is $98,100-$125,000/annually. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Benefits:

Professional Architecture degree; Bachelor or Master of Architecture.Relevant professional work experience (ideally 12+ years) with a proven record of managing multiple projects, including projects over $50M. Architectural licensure required. Excellent ability to collaborate and lead a diverse team. Proven track record of leading and coordinating work efforts of staff, with thoughtful, inspirational and collaborative leadership.
