Job Title: CMM Operator - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CMM Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a precision-driven environment where quality matters.

What You'll Do:




  • Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform accurate inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.



  • Interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols to verify product compliance.



  • Document inspection results clearly, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Machine Operators, Programmers, Quality Inspectors, and Management.



  • Follow quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.



  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.



  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.




What We're Looking For:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree a plus.



  • Prior experience with CMM machines and software (such as PC-DMIS or Calypso).



  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.



  • Experience with Zeiss Contura or Mitutoyo Crysta Plus M machines is highly desirable.



  • Background in regulated industry preferred.



  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.



  • Basic computer skills and solid mechanical aptitude.
