We have a Senior Site Production Outage Program Lead Position based out of our Boston Office. This person will lead and drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects scheduled during a major site Production outage supporting our client in Rhode Island.

This role is critical in managing cross-functional activities spanning facility upgrades, system and infrastructure improvements, critical utility maintenance, and capital equipment installations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering and utilities background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to serve as a key liaison between on-site execution teams and centralized program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead integrated planning and day-to-day coordination for all activities related to the planned outage period, with a focus on safe and efficient execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for outage-related workstreams, aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, EH&S, and external contractors
  • Maintain clear visibility of project scopes, schedules, dependencies, and risks; proactively resolve issues and escalate where appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with the centralized Program Team to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols, GMP compliance, and quality standards throughout all outage activities
  • Support readiness reviews, kickoff sessions, and post-outage debriefs to drive continuous improvement


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex facility and utility construction or capital projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across disciplines and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to synthesize field-level inputs and relay effectively to program-level leadership
  • Experience working within cGMP-regulated environments
