NA Compliance Controller

The NA Compliance Controller will be responsible for the following:



  • Play a key role in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Long Range Planning activities and supplies financial support to the NA Compliance Strategy team
  • Develop and maintain financial metrics to provide transparency to compliance related profit impacts to the Brand and
  • Product Development operating and financial teams
  • Communicate program position to Senior Management, FP&A, and Compliance Operations teams
  • Conduct special studies and ad hoc reporting for fuel economy related actions
  • Ensure Program definitions are consistent with cash-in hypothesis (selling price, mix, volumes, CO2/fuel consumption)
  • Develop compliance related process and methods policies
  • Point of contact for NA Compliance for all Stellantis business units

  • Long Range Technology Planning through collaboration with regulatory, engineering, vehicle teams and other operating groups to optimize investment and maximize profitability
  • Enhancing your skills in the fundamentals of financial forecasting as part for the long-range planning process
  • Compile, filter, and analyze extremely large amounts of data and assumptions and simplify it to highlight the key elements
  • Learn about the regulatory environment related to the NA automotive industry

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related Business/Economic degree
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant finance work experience
  • Proven technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional data management skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional written, interpersonal, and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advance Finance degree and/or Finance or Accounting Certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with exposure to commercial and/or product development groups
  • Minimum of 3 years of variance analysis experience (actual/budget/forecast comparison)
  • Results oriented: must possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
  • Work well on board based and diverse teams, both as a member and team lead
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a self-stater
