The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to join the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team in the Chicago, New York, Los Angeles or Washington, DC office. This position will be involved in both transactional deal work, including employee stock ownership plan ("ESOP") transactions and day-to-day advising on all aspects of employee benefits (retirement plans, including ESOPs and welfare benefit plans) and executive compensation matters. About You: You have 2-4 years of qualified benefits experience; You have ESOP transactional and/or compliance experience (not required but preferred); You have strong oral and written communication skills; You have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently; You have a solid academic background; and You have a J.D. degree and are admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, California or District of Columbia).
