Housekeeper/Cleaner

Gorman & Company is looking for a part time (20 hours per week) Housekeeper/Cleaner who is committed to providing first class cleaning services as part of a collaborative team at several of our residential properties in Atlanta, GA. This position is one of the most important jobs for maintaining our community housing properties in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition for our residents.

A day in the life of a Housekeeper/Cleaner:

Clean all common areas (hallways, vacant apartments, office building).
Clean grounds as needed.
Assist in supplies inventory control and upkeep of all cleaning equipment.
Work with our maintenance team to perform apartment turns (painting, cleaning, light bulbs).

What do I need to qualify to be a Housekeeper?

Previous experience in a related field.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to read work orders / service requests.
Good safety habits.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Ability to work 20 hours a week.
