Davenport, Donor Programs - Intern

ImpactLife has an opportunity for a Donor Programs Intern to join our team.

This role supports Donor Programs and Communications with a focus on engaging and retaining blood donors. This internship offers hands-on experience in donor communications and program support, helping to meet blood collection and inventory goals. Projects may include but are not limited to: supporting donor engagement and retention efforts; Assisting with educational email and text campaigns; Providing support for the online donor rewards program and donor accounts; assisting in the coordination of donor incentives.

The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be deadline driven, detail oriented, a creative problem solver, and highly motivated. Previous internships or experience leading a volunteer or club event is helpful. Candidates should have strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position can start with the beginning of the Fall 2025 semester or sooner, based on availability. Schedule is flexible between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm and intern will work 15-30 hours per week in our Davenport, Iowa Headquarters.
