Job Duties: Snr Vice President, Client Services - Operations with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Build, maintain and enhance client relationships with new and existing clients. Provide clients with a single point of contact for a wide range of post-trade operational issues and account management queries. Meet with clients to understand day to day expectations, strategic goals, and mutually agreed project plans. Work with lines teams to ensure exceptions are process timely and queries resolved under the client's Service Level Expectation (SLE). Compile and analyze metrics to assess client efficiency opportunities. Proactively review post trade metrics and monitor STP data to dynamically identify emerging issues and solutions. On-board clients onto optimal channels. Create and manage a strategic client book of work in collaboration with cross product teams.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration or related field. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, combination of degrees and certificates and/or exams, or combination of degree(s) and professional work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience with the following: relevant subject matter expertise in Operations, technical expertise in FX and Equities; utilizing front to back trade lifecycle knowledge across both Fixed Income and Equities to speak with clients, build rapport and drive change on behalf of clients; managing client expectations and partnering with internal teams on behalf of clients; leading and organizing large group meetings with multiple business areas on behalf of clients; leveraging data visualization and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance and improve client results; utilizing financial service databases and systems to query FX, Equities, fixed income products issues, investigate exceptions owned by teams and ensure client expectations are managed; collaborating with multiple clients to drive optimal outcomes and lead the book of work for top clients; collaborating with external clients with communication in-person and via email; working with internal event management postings; utilizing risk management systems to monitor client issues and ensure teams are prioritizing them based on service level agreements; and driving large scale automation testing and releases onto optimal channels. 10% domestic travel required to meet with clients.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $172,000.
