* Milwaukee, WI *Description* * Monitor Government Regulatory email box for relevant communications. * Interact with other departments regarding various regulatory compliance filings. * Submit monthly Regulatory Relations Visa reconciliation to the Cash Management department. * Prepare documentation for authorization of new company directors and senior officers, including working with directors and officers to obtain biographical information, fingerprints and questionnaire responses for submission to all insurance departments. * Maintain insurance licenses for all company affiliates in all states. * Assist account managers with licensing (new licenses and annual renewals). * Submit numerous reports and surveys to various states throughout the year. * Assist with the submissions of premium rate and insurance form filings to the states using the Serff system. * Manage 100 plus company, branch and mortgage loan originator licenses for contract underwriting. * Maintain surety bond requirements for all states including working with an outside vendor. * Complete state examination requests. * Maintain tracking system to monitor for deadlines and due dates of various filing and renewals. * Provides training, project support and/or backup assistance within the team. * Plan, organize, and implement procedures and job aides to manage the overall workflow most effectively within the department. * Manage and execute projects assigned within specific deadlines *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Nuance PDF, Notes, PowerPoint), MS Teams. * NMLS knowledge and experience preferred. * Strong accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to organize and manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment. * Experience using multiple systems and state websites to complete tasks and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Previous experience working in a legal department with regulatory background or law firm preferred. * Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information. * Comprehension of legal terminology. * Familiarity with mortgage loan underwriting process. *Hours:* * M-F 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch unpaid (37.5 hours a week) * Friday is a remote day * Potentially can move to a hybrid schedule after training *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $32.69 - $35.90/hr.
